Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection holds a significant piece of Sydney’s history, as the building was the first reinforced concrete construction seen in Sydney and became the yardstick for all of the other buildings built in the 1920s. The hotel’s restaurant has been restored in exact detail to its original décor, offering stunning period architecture that is a must-see during a stay.

There are two meeting rooms, with the hotel able to accommodate 120 people for conferences, 40 people in theatre style conference seating and 20 people in U-shape seating. Free wireless high-speed Internet access is available, as is a free daily newspaper.
